Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition for a full refund of the item price.
To start a return, email support@cloudcrate.store with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
